The quick-release frame design is specifically engineered for primary clarification processes including tea infusion pre-filtration and coffee extract purification.

Membrane Separation Unit

Featuring heat-resistant ceramic membranes and high-flux organic ultra-filtration membrane, this integrated system employs cross-flow filtration with automated pulse cleaning. It achieves ≥95% rejection rates for pigments and macromolecular proteins, specifically engineered for astringency removal in tea concentrates and deodorization refinement of bone extracts.
